Sticker shock for the paleo diet can be pretty brutal. Meat and produce typically are much more expensive than the sugar filled, processed junk most people eat. And when you start talking about "grass fed," "pastured," and "organic," your budget might get blown out of the water! Philip Frey from the Valiant Growth podcast joins me to discuss strategies for eating paleo, while keeping costs low. We will improve your health AND save you money! Check it out!

S Job,

Great idea! I have a show on fasting and intermittent fasting coming up. I had not considered cost savings as one of the benefits. I'll have to add that to the list of positives!

Hi Chris,

I am listener from the Netherlands. Great job!!

Just wanted to mention that Intermittent Fasting is a great way to save money on the Paleo diet. Most people eat lunch outside, which can be quite expensive. Also healthy choices are hard to find when eating out.

Skipping a meal once in a while could be both healthy and lighter on the wallet. I carry my breakfast to office and have it around lunch time.
